Clear cache memory in Chrome:

Click on the 3 bars (top right corner)

Highlight Tools on menu

Click on Clear Browser Data

(new window opens)

Check "Empty the Cache"

Check "Delete cookies and other site and plug-in data" (everything else can remain unchecked)

Select "the beginning of time"

Click "Clear Browsing Data"

Return to your program - everything should work correctly.
