In Firefox -
If the menu is visible: Select Tools, then Clear Recent History
If the menu is not visible: Click Firefox in the top left corner, highlight history, then Clear Recent History
Only Cache and Cookies need to be checked,
select the Time Range: Everything
Click Clear Now
